How to buy the software


Add to cart and proceed to the check out.
Your will be prompted to login or register.
Pay by paypal.



Once PayPal funds have cleared you will need to go to my account and you will find the Order Status goes from "Pending" to "Ready" once you have downloaded the application it will be "Complete"





How to install the software



Double click the DMG file you get in your down load.



Drag the application file into the Application directory.
In the finder Shift-Command-A will open the application directory for you.






About the software
The program has an icon with a map of
Australia in it.



Once the program loads, the first thing you will see is a disclaimer. None of this constitutes financial advice or any kind of offer in any way shape or form.


Close the disclaimer and choose a calculator from the menu.
We will now go through each of these in turn.

Standard Calculator
The Standard calculator is handy to have running while using the other tools. It is part of Mac OS-X.

Stamp duty
This is a mash up from realestate.com.au It may take a while to load, depending on your Internet connection.


Personal Tax.
This a mash up leading into the ATO web site.

Finance Qualifier



A loan you might have difficulty applying for.
You might want to re-evaluation your position before proceeding.

Loan Calculator

This is a basic loan calculator.
Entering values and clicking the Calculate button will give a result.

Depreciation Calculator




This calculates depreciation of an asset in one of two ways. The diminishing value method is calculated as: ATOs Post 10 May 2006 method..
